Important Information on Dental Insurance

At Nevin Zehner D.M.D. Dentistry, we advise all of our customers on the best care procedures based on their own personal dental care needs, not based on their insurance coverage. The agreement you have with your insurance company does not involve our office, and they frequently base their payouts on what they can profitably provide based on how much your employer has paid them.

If your insurance company rejects a claim refusing to pay for a service, it is not an indication of how important, or not, a service is. If your employer is paying very little into your insurance "piggy bank", you will have poor coverage. The more expensive a dental plan is, the more services are covered at a higher reimbursement rate.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment with Nevin Zehner D.M.D. Dentistry, we require a 24-hour notice. All no-show appointments will be billed $55 since we reserve the time exclusively for you.
